Aris Thessalonikis secure Boško Šutalo on loan from Standard Liege

The Croatian defender, 25, joins the Greek side on a loan deal after a season in Poland with Cracovia.

Aris Thessalonikis have moved to bolster their defensive line by completing the loan signing of Boško Šutalo from Standard Liege. The 25-year-old Croatian defender, who spent last season on loan in Poland, arrives with top-flight experience and a hunger for regular minutes.

Career context

Šutalo began his senior career in his native Croatia, coming through the ranks at NK Osijek before moving to Atalanta in January 2020 for a reported fee of €5M. He then spent the 2021/22 season on loan at Verona, gaining Serie A experience.
